    Hiram Perez

    Chief Executive Officer

    Hiram is a technology-driven executive with a passion for optimizing organizational performance. As the Chief Executive Officer of Ingenia since 2021, he spearheaded the company’s spinoff from Nagnoi’s healthcare analytics practice, strategically orchestrating acquisitions to expand its healthcare analytics software product portfolio. Prior to joining Ingenia, Hiram founded Redbird Advanced Learning, a personalized learning company that utilized adaptive technologies to create innovative digital curriculum products. Before that, he was the founder and CEO of Rocket Group, the largest provider of technology-based supplemental educational services across 100 school districts in 15 states. Hiram’s career began as a business strategy consultant for Accenture, where he advised numerous international organizations on business strategy formulation and transformation initiatives. Hiram holds multiple master’s degrees in Computer Science (specializing in Artificial Intelligence) from Georgia Tech, Business Administration from Stanford University (distinguished as an Arjay Miller Scholar), and Operations Research (applied math) from Cornell University. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Penn State University.

    Rodolfo is a healthcare veteran with a remarkable career spanning over 17 years, boasting extensive expertise in Sales & Marketing, Product/Business Development, Finance, and Quality/Stars Ratings across Commercial, Medicaid, and Medicare Advantage business lines. Recognized as an innovative and results-driven leader, Velasco has consistently achieved exceptional outcomes throughout his journey.

    In his current role as Chief Revenue Officer at Ingenia Health, he is responsible for spearheading the establishment and management of a scalable sales and marketing structure, strategically aligning it with the organization’s growth projections.

    An accomplished healthcare software designer, Velasco’s creations include STARSTrack®, a leading-edge quality improvement platform, and the H-Track certified HEDIS® engine. His instrumental contributions significantly fueled the development and expansion of Nagnoi’s health practice, resulting in a remarkable growth rate of over 300% during his tenure from 2015 to 2022.

    Velasco earned his Masters of Business Administration, specializing in Health Sector Management, from the University of Miami in 2012, where he received the prestigious Award of Academic Merit for Academic Excellence. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from Indiana University, Kelley School of Business, earned in 2005.

    Kaitlin Olsen is an accomplished executive with a career spanning over 20 years across diverse industries, including High-Performance Materials, Consumer Products, Solar, Industrial Manufacturing, Software Development, and Healthcare. Kaitlin has a proven history of driving operational excellence and innovation.

    As Chief Operating Officer of Ingenia Health, Kaitlin is responsible for identifying the needs and technology gaps for healthcare payer organizations and translating these into successful product solutions that captivate customers and drive business growth.

    With an extensive background in research and development, product and process development, and operations, Kaitlin has spearheaded groundbreaking initiatives that have consistently pushed the boundaries of technological advancement. Her strategic leadership has guided multidisciplinary teams to conceptualize and deliver cutting-edge solutions, resulting in a robust portfolio of game-changing products across numerous sectors.

    Prior to joining Ingenia Health in 2017, Kaitlin managed production in Saint-Gobain’s High-Performance Substrates and Performance Plastics divisions. Before that, she led cross-functional teams at multiple solar companies and the development of numerous products for the Clorox Company.

    Kaitlin earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemical Engineering from MIT and a Master of Business Administration from the MIT Sloan School of Management.

    At Ingenia Health, Alan serves as the Chief Innovation and Technology Officer, spearheading transformative initiatives that drive the company’s technological advancement. His strategic leadership and visionary insights have been pivotal in shaping the organization’s trajectory in an ever-evolving digital landscape. Recognized as a Microsoft Most Valuable Professional (MVP) for an impressive seven years, Alan’s contributions to the Data Management, SQL Server, and Analytics arena are both substantial and lasting.

    His passion for innovation in the digital transformation of healthcare strives to deliver consistent, robust, scalable, high-performance, and secure solutions.

    Keith is a seasoned professional with a wealth of experience in health plan management, direct care, and vendor settings. With a solid background in public health, he possesses expertise in program and product development, health care analytics, and enhancing health care quality and member satisfaction from both payer and provider perspectives.

    Before joining Ingenia Health as Vice President of Quality and Experience, Keith served as the Vice President of Quality at Health Data Decisions, specializing in improving health care quality for Medicaid, Medicare, and Marketplace health plans, along with government programs and provider networks. He has led successful clinical quality initiatives at prominent organizations like Neighborhood Health Plan, Harvard Pilgrim Healthcare, and Boston Medical Center HealthNet Plan. His technology experience includes working as the health care quality and HEDIS product manager for McKesson Care and Analytics (now Change Healthcare).

    Keith’s direct care and research experiences at Boston Medical Center and Latin American Health Institute have further enriched his expertise. He is known for developing innovative programs to address health care equity, including a recognized initiative that improved mammography rates for Black and African American women. Keith’s consulting work with Health Data Decisions allowed him to create impactful programs nationwide, focused on enhancing health care quality, patient satisfaction, and equity.

    He holds a Master’s in Public Health degree with a specialization in Social and Behavioral Sciences from Boston University School of Public Health.

    With over two decades of diverse experience in management consulting, business intelligence, data warehousing, project management, and software development, Andreina has provided exceptional service to companies across various industries in the United States, Mexico, Venezuela and Puerto Rico. Her areas of expertise encompass Healthcare, Insurance, Energy, Education, Telecommunications, Pharmaceuticals, Consumer Goods, Banking, and Government sectors.

    In her current role as Vice President of Data Integration and Analytics at Ingenia Health, Andreina is leveraging her comprehensive skill set and healthcare expertise to strategically advise clients on how to maximize their data assets to support healthcare payer organizations in different functional areas. From analysis to design work, to overseeing the development of data-related solutions, her direct contributions to clients have allowed these organizations to thrive in a highly competitive and dynamic market.

    Ms. Rizo holds a degree in Computer Engineering from Simon Bolivar University, graduating in 1999. Additionally, she completed an MBA in Global Management from the University of Phoenix, further enhancing her capabilities as a versatile professional.

    VP Product Delivery and Customer Experience

    As VP of Product Delivery and Customer Experience at Ingenia Health, Liz directs the account management, operations and support teams for new client implementations and production clients. Liz is a trusted advisor to health plan leaders on all things related to Quality organization and analytics. She enjoys taking creative yet pragmatic approaches to problem solving in order to deliver the most value to clients.

    Liz began her career at MedVentive, a startup acquired by McKesson, and was on the product team for a Quality & Med Econ tool. She was a Certified Scaled Agile scrum master for the product development team and supported new client implementations. Liz made the transition to consulting, joining a boutique firm that focused on Quality and Risk Adjustment optimization for health plans. She led client accounts ranging from small Duals payers to national multi-state managed care organizations and worked with vendor partners to design new specialized software. Her projects ranged from new Quality tool implementations and multi-year HEDIS and STARS projects to organizational strategy consulting.

    Derrick is a highly accomplished healthcare executive with a track record of over 20 years in entrepreneurship, specializing in developing top-tier risk adjustment, quality, SDoH (Social Determinants of Health), and eligibility and enrollment programs for health plans and hospital systems. Currently serving as the Vice President of Business Development at Ingenia Health, he leads the company’s sales and business development efforts nationwide.

    Prior to his role at Ingenia Health, Derrick held the position of Senior Vice President of Business Development at Centauri Health Solutions. During his tenure, he played a pivotal role in the creation and success of Centauri Advance, the company’s flagship SaaS platform. This achievement stemmed from Centauri Health Solutions’ acquisition of Tactical Management, Inc. (TMI), a risk adjustment firm that Derrick founded in 2005.

    Derrick’s educational background comprises an undergraduate degree in Finance and Management Information Systems from Alfred University, followed by an MBA from the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College. His wealth of experience and expertise continue to drive innovation and growth in the healthcare industry.

    A firm believer in a customer-centric sales approach, David thrives on envisioning high-quality solution strategies. As Vice President of Business Development for Ingenia Health, David is responsible for expanding Ingenia’s market presence through targeted new sales, spearheading major contract renewal projects and managing strategic client relations.

    With a foundation nurtured at companies like Microsoft, Gartner, and Xerox, David brings strong Account Management and Customer Engagement experience to the table. He holds a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from the University of Puerto Rico at the Mayaguez Campus.
